Youll be responsible for ensuring that your shift runs smoothly, teams are engaged, and service standards are achieved safely and efficiently. What youll do on a typical day: Lead, manage and engage your shift team. Ensure the warehouse runs efficiently, achieving all KPIs and customer SLAs. Build strong customer relationships, both face-to-face and through daily communication. Drive compliance with Health & Safety and site procedures. Provide clear handovers between shifts. Look for ways to continuously improve processes and efficiency. What you need to succeed at XPO: Proven management experience in a warehouse environment. Strong leadership and people management skills. Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels. IT literate, comfortable with Excel and other MS Office tools. Experience working in a new start up enviroment is preffereable. IOSH or equivalent health & safety training desirable.
