About the role
The Recruitment Group are hiring for a Class 2 Driver. As a Class 2 Driver you would be carrying out Class 2 driving work with guaranteed hours and the option of overtime or night shifts. Most assignments will be within Hull, though occasional requirements further afield may arise. Standard Class 2 work is the main focus, but opportunities for Class 2 tipper truck work are also available for those interested.
Key Responsibilities
* Driving Class 2 vehicles in line with role requirements
* Optional tipper truck work depending on preference and availability
* Ensuring safe and efficient deliveries and collections
* Maintaining accurate paperwork and adhering to procedures
* Complying with all road safety regulations and Working Time Directive requirements
* Representing the company professionally at all times
What We re Looking For
* Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence with CPC and digital tachograph card
* Previous Class 2 driving experience (tipper experience advantageous but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of driving regulations and compliance requirements
* Flexible and reliable approach to different assignments
* Ability to work days, nights, and occasional shifts outside Hull when required

* Pay rates of GBP15.49 GBP15.60 per hour
* Standard overtime rates available
* Guaranteed 10 hours per day worked
