As Project Manager you will be responsible for managing AutoRek's implementation projects. You will be working alongside AutoRek's implementation team and also our customers.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a SaaS environment
* Experience in managing and delivering concurrent projects
* Excellent Stakeholder management
* Project Management certification (Agile/Scrum), Prince2, PMI or PMP certified or be working towards.
* Experience in resource allocation
* Awareness of the Financial Services sector.
* Works closely with customers on implementation projects, including system administrators, SMEs, and senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communicator and attention to detail
* Strong commercial awareness
Desirable:
* Knowledge and understanding of the financial services sector and regulatory landscape
* Technical understanding of SaaS
Job Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing project scopes, budgets, and controls, whilst ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction.
* Ensuring AutoRek projects are delivered within scope, on time and on budget.
* Proactively manages project scope, schedules and budget using appropriate project management and change management practices.
* Develops and manages project plan in collaboration with the implementation team and customer. Assists in the management of resource allocation.
* Identifies and proactively mitigates project risks and other cross project issues.
* Successfully builds and manages customer and other stakeholder relationships
* Measures project performance using appropriate methodologies and tools.
