Field Service Engineer (Field/Mobile Mechanic/Vehicle Technician)
Taunton, Wellington, Bridgewater and Highbridge Areas
8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
A GBP 31,000 - A GBP 36,000 Starting Salary

The company provides comprehensive training to support engineers. Experience with cars, HGVs, agriculture machinery, motorbikes, or similar is advantageous. Mechanical service and repair skills, engine diagnostics, and basic electrical skills are preferred.
As a manufacturer of forklift trucks, your responsibilities include carrying out planned maintenance and breakdown coverage on forklifts and related equipment in the Taunton, Wellington, Bridgewater, and Highbridge areas. No overnight stays or extensive travel are required. Overtime is available mainly during weekdays, and call-out is optional.
Role Overview:
* Perform PPM and breakdown repairs on materials handling machinery as a field service engineer
* Provide reactive breakdown coverage within your designated geographic area
* Complete training to become fully competent on all machinery and equipment
* Maintain spares in the van overnight
