Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, driving sales performance, and inspiring a team within a luxury retail environment. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract (with potential to become permanent), ideal for a dynamic leader with a passion for client experience and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Oversee daily operations, including stock control, VM standards, and compliance.
• Assist with staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained across all touchpoints.
• Act as a key holder and take responsibility for the store in the Manager’s absence.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor in luxury or premium retail.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Commercially driven with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.
