Job Description: They are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Services Manager to oversee a significant fit-out project in London.
The ideal candidate will ensure these projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage all technical aspects of two fit-out projects in London.
* Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks.
* Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
* Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management and clients.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing fit-out projects, ideally within the construction or fit-out industry.
* Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials.
* Excellent project management and organisational skills.
* Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
