Job Duties:
* Provide tailored educational support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs and abilities
* Implement strategies to help students overcome learning barriers and achieve academic success
* Monitor and assess students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed
* Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support students' holistic development
Required Qualifications:
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs
Education:
Relevant qualifications in Education or related field
Experience:
Prior experience working as an SEN tutor or in a similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN policies and practises
* Ability to create engaging and accessible learning materials
* Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional training or certification in SEN education
* Experience in creating Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours

* Work in educational settings such as schools or learning centres

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
