Mobile Vehicle Technician (Field/Service/Mechanic) – Sunderland and Durham
Hours: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday and Friday 4pm
Starting salary: GBP 32,000 – GBP 34,000

* Part of a team of engineers, you’ll be responsible for carrying out service and repairs on a range of forklifts in and around Sunderland and Durham. No stay away or extensive travel is required. Excellent OTE available through overtime and commission.
Responsibilities
* Carry out PPM and breakdown on materials handling machinery on a field service engineering basis
* Reactive breakdown coverage within the allocated geographical area
* Complete comprehensive training to get fully competent on all machinery and equipment
* Spares placed in van overnight
Person Required
* Plant, forklifts, HGV, agricultural or similar equipment; automotive technicians/motor trade will also be suitable
* Ideally hold a level 3 or equivalent in a relevant subject
* IT literate
