On behalf of this organisation,AMS are looking for a QRM Admin Support for an initial contract of 7-month based in Cardiff - Hybrid Working Model.
Job Description - The Role
Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a highly organised QRM Admin Support professional to provide administrative and coordination support for governance and Quality & Risk Management (QRM) activities across the Tech & Transformation (T&T) function. This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Co-ordinating Quality & Risk Management (QRM) meetings, a crucial part of our firm's governance, collaborating with project leaders and their Executive Assistants to ensure optimal participation.
* Providing proactive administrative support by managing shared Outlook calendars, ensuring smooth scheduling, and minimising conflicts.
* Drafting and disseminating clear, concise minutes and action items from various meetings to ensure effective follow-up and accountability.
* Supporting timely completion of action items by proactively following up with stakeholders after meeting.
* Administering data in our Quality System providing clear, articulate, and timely updates to records in the tool.
* Support the business in navigating quality and risk management processes via our mailbox as part of the QRM frontline risk team.
* Providing operational support to ad-hoc QRM team activities.
The skills you'll need:
* Strong administrative or coordination experience.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, confident liaising with senior leaders.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
* Detail-oriented with experience in minute-taking and documenting actions.
* Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and collaboration tools.
* Team player with proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
