Position OverviewAs a Brand Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies and plans for a portfolio of products. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you will be responsible for the entire marketing lifecycle, from ideation to implementation and evaluation. Your knowledge and expertise will contribute to strategic discussions, budget optimisation, and ultimately, driving sales and brand growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing brand & marketing strategies and plansContributing to strategic discussions to optimise marketing & sales budgets Overseeing the marketing lifecycle, from development to implementation and evaluationPlanning and leading partner review meetings, demonstrating expertise in category, brand and marketingCreating compelling presentations for brand partners, customers, and internal stakeholders across all key functionsBriefing and managing agencies for outsourced activitiesConducting in-depth product and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities throiugh innovation and activationManage sales and expenditure budgets and sales forecastsMentor and develop one or more direct reportsSkills & Experience RequiredMinimum of 5-6 years' robust brand marketing experience, preferably within FMCG or OTC consumer healthcare, but experience in other regulated markets may be consideredSolid knowledge and experience of working in grocery and/or pharmacy trade channelsProven track record of creating and implementing successful brand plansUnderstanding financial KPIs that influence P&L management (e.g., ROI methodology, promotional evaluations, stock management, COGS)Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Strong influencing skills, informed from competence in strategy, analysis and communication Adaptable and comfortable working independently and as part of a teamPragmatic and organised, with the ability to multi-task and reprioritise in a dynamic environmentCompany OverviewWell-established and highly respected company in the healthcare industry, known for their people-driven approach and commitment to driving business growth.
