* Academic PE Mastery: Teaching examination cohorts in GCSE PE (AQA/Edexcel) and BTEC Tech Award in Sport, breaking down complex concepts in anatomy, physiology, and sports psychology.
* Extracurricular Leadership: Leading a comprehensive programme of after-school clubs, managing school teams, and coordinating local borough fixtures and regional tournaments.
* Inclusive Practice: Adapting coaching styles and lesson structures to ensure students of all physical abilities and SEND profiles can access, enjoy, and progress in physical education.
* Health & Wellbeing Advocacy: Championing whole-school initiatives focused on mental health, active travel, and healthy eating, reinforcing the connection between physical fitness and academic success.
