We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Pharmacy Aseptic Services Supervisor to provide strategic leadership for our aseptic production unit at RGH. You will oversee the manufacture of aseptically prepared medicines, ensuring compliance with GMP, COSHH and all statutory and quality requirements. You will analyse production workload data, lead service improvements, and act as a key member of the Senior Management Team. You will manage and develop a team of Pharmacy Technicians and Assistants, lead on recruitment and training, and support trainees and students. The role includes contributing to Quality Risk Management, product development, and preparing for regulatory inspections.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and plan aseptic production activities and clean room schedules.
* Line manage technical staff, including recruitment, supervision and development.
* Analyse data and implement service improvements.
* Maintain production operator competencies.
* Manage stock, raw materials, hazardous items and CDs.
* Support QRM, audits and self‑inspections.
* Oversee equipment monitoring, maintenance and documentation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
