Overview

We are very excited to be able to advertise for a senior child and adolescent psychotherapist to join our busy and dynamic outpatient CAMHS team in Redbridge on a permanent basis. * Attend regular twice‑monthly Child Psychotherapy meetings across London and Essex CAMHS services within NELFT.
* Support personal and professional development, including discussing CPD opportunities.
* Act as an effective team member, supporting peers and team lead, liaising with other professionals and agencies to embed a trauma‑and‑culturally‑informed model of practice within the service.
* Receive regular clinical supervision from the lead psychologist and attend and participate in MDT team meetings.
* Contribute to service development and manage a clinical caseload.

Qualifications and Experience

* Post‑graduate qualified child and adolescent psychotherapist registered with an appropriate professional or regulatory body.
* Minimum 2 years of experience delivering psychotherapy in a CAMHS setting.
* Full member of the Association of Child Psychotherapists to fulfil supervisory duties.
* Interest in service development and experience managing a clinical caseload.

Working Arrangements

* Flexible working requests considered (working from home, compressed hours, reduced hours).
* Probationary period applies; internal applicants exempt unless currently in probation or a bank member.
* High‑Cost Area Supplement of 15 % of the basic salary (pro‑rated for part‑time).
