What We Are Looking For...
Responsibilities:
* Communication: Set up team briefs and communicate/cascade store actions and targets. Check business communication channels and drive actions to achieve priorities. Effectively delegate accountabilities within the store team. Communicate and champion current business initiatives. Provide clear and concise communication when leading visits in your store when stepping up in management absence.
* Customer Focus: Work with the management team to improve a customer-focused culture. Drive conversion, footfall, and service KPIs. Adjust approach to meet customer needs and improve service.
* Operations: Create a safe & secure working environment. Support the management team in health and safety training. Complete price events and promotional activities. Drive delivery process and productivity. Ensure replenishment and stockroom checks are completed daily. Collaborate on stockroom walkthroughs and product opportunities.
* Visual & Commercial: Implement and maintain store layouts, sale launches, and visual merchandising. Conduct daily store walkthroughs. Analyze data to identify opportunities and monitor store performance.
* People: Support recruitment and onboarding. Develop and coach team members. Conduct difficult conversations when necessary. Support a culture of recognition and inclusivity.
* Cost & Budgeting: Monitor store performance and controllable costs. Ensure staffing levels meet store priorities.
