We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our finance team.
To be successful in this position, you will be able to ;
* Updates spreadsheets and populating reports for regular review by upper management and senior leadership
* Maintain accurate records of computer and software systems updates, upgrades and other changes
* Follows policies and procedures and reports changes necessary to improve systems or reduce costs
* Attention to detail and accuracy is critical to minimising risk and would ideally suit someone experienced in positions with high degrees of accuracy.
Qualifications
Desirable qualifications and experience;
• Excellent MS Office Skills with data entry accuracy and attention to detail
• Well organised and able to prioritise effectively
• Strong communication skills
• Positive approach to resolving problems
• The ability to excel working as part of a team and individually
• Planning and organising skills - be independent and proactive
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong relationship building, both within your team and wider business i.e. Finance, IT and senior stakeholders
• Embracing and managing change and challenging current processes/procedures
