Role overview
Our PAUL Shop Managers are responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the shop efficiently and effectively. They deliver the highest standards of service through a highly trained and passionate team, while proactively maintaining and improving turnover and profitability, in accordance with PAUL UK standards and guidelines.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver business strategies with support from key departments
* Seek and maximize revenue opportunities while minimizing costs
* Consistently exceed customer expectations through the team and product quality
* Develop a motivated, high-performing team committed to clear goals
* Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of customers and staff
* Represent PAUL UK at the highest level
