The Head of Product Management is a new leadership role responsible for shaping digital strategy and leading a team of six Product Owners.
You will develop impactful, user-focused digital solutions to improve care for over 110,000 clients annually, combining strategic thinking, product leadership, and agile delivery.
You will ensure digital, data, and technology solutions align with business goals and client needs. This is a unique opportunity to lead healthcare innovation at scale.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Head of Product, with a full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and experience leading teams strategically, including involvement in ROI analysis.

The Role
* Define and communicate a product vision aligned with healthcare objectives.
* Lead the development, launch, and continuous improvement of digital solutions.
* Build partnerships, negotiate terms, and ensure vendor compliance with standards.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure alignment and adoption of digital products.
* Develop, motivate, and mentor a team of Product Owners.
* Lead user research and incorporate health industry trends and emerging technologies.
* Use data analytics to monitor performance and generate insights.
* Report on product progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
* Work with stakeholders to develop digital roadmaps based on strategic goals.
* Stay updated with health industry and technology innovations.
The Person
* Proven track record as a Head of Product.
* Full understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
* Experience leading and developing teams.
* Strong strategic thinking skills, including ROI planning and delivery.
