* Self-Employed Role with a 50/50 commission split
* No admin – you focus on advising, with paraplanners handling case progression

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a fast-paced brokerage
* Proven ability to manage workload and deliver results
* Money-motivated, hungry to grow and succeed
* Must live within 1 hour of the Bristol office
