Hunt4 Employment is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join a fast-paced and collaborative environment supporting Sales, Service, and Production teams across a growing operation. Responsibilities: Provide technical support across departments via a ticketing system Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues over the phone or during site visits Assist with new product development and continuous improvement projects Support factory operations with hands-on technical input and quality checks Create and review technical documentation (O&M manuals, datasheets, etc.) Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve technical queries Contribute to electrical design work, including P&ID schematics Deliver technical reports and opinions in customer dispute cases Requirements: Solid understanding of pumping systems, hydraulics, HVAC, and M&E services Familiarity with cold/hot water systems, foul/surface water systems, and controls Hands-on experience in a technical or engineering environment (preferred) Strong multitasking and time management skills Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to learn new tools and attend training as needed Experience with AutoCAD and schematic drawings (advantageous)
