Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. Duties
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings.
* Handle phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries and directing calls appropriately.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in various systems.
* Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and tracking expenses.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy access to information.
* Support clerical functions such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing correspondence as needed.
Skills
* Previous office experience is essential, with a background in administrative roles preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets).
* Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while prioritising workload.
* Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous for handling financial documentation.
