Night shift is a crucial time for our store operations. You will oversee deliveries, restock shelves, and prepare the store for the next day. This role is ideal for developing or advancing your retail management skills, as it involves leading the overnight team and managing in-store activities during your shift. Comprehensive training will support your confidence in team leadership, resource planning, and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll be doing
Our purpose is to serve and assist every customer through our passion for food.
Your team will restock shelves, handle warehouse deliveries, and assist with online order picking overnight. Your responsibility is to ensure everything is ready for the morning, managing shift operations efficiently, overseeing team performance, and demonstrating organized, inclusive leadership.
We recognize that night shifts may not suit everyone. An additional annual premium of up to £4,500 is offered to eligible nightshift managers.
During your shift, you will be responsible for smooth operations. You will plan shift patterns and activities in collaboration with other managers and ensure a thorough handover at shift end.
We provide ample support to enable effective management, fostering teamwork that enhances customer experience.

* 4-night workweek for full-time nightshift managers
