We are currently supporting a global, blue-chip organisation within the banking and corporate sector who are seeking an experienced Client-Side Capital Projects Manager to support the delivery of major commercial office fit-outs and refurbishments across their UK real estate portfolio. This is not a construction site PM role. The position sits client-side and requires strong stakeholder leadership, design governance, and capital project delivery experience within regulated corporate environments. The Role You will act as the client representative, responsible for the end-to-end delivery of capital works projects, including new office fit-outs and major refurbishments. Projects will typically range from 20,000 sq ft+ and will involve complex stakeholder coordination in live, occupied environments.
