Contracts Manager - Bar, Restaurant & Hospitality Fit-Outs

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record in delivering high-end interior fit-outs for bars, restaurants, hotels, or leisure venues? We're looking for someone who can bring design-led spaces to life-on time, on budget, and to exceptional standards.
Joining a specialist interiors contractor with a reputation for outstanding hospitality and leisure environments, you'll take the lead on projects across the UK, from flagship restaurants and boutique hotels to stylish bar refurbishments and commercial kitchens. This is a hands-on role managing multiple fit-out sites simultaneously, driving quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing multiple interior fit-out projects across the hospitality sector: restaurants, bars, hotels, and leisure venues
Running day-to-day site operations, directing site managers and subcontractors across nationwide locations
Acting as the client's key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle-from pre-start meetings to final handover
Managing programme timelines, solving on-site challenges, and ensuring delivery to the highest standard
Collaborating with commercial teams to manage project variations and budgets
Enforcing health & safety compliance and maintaining strict quality control through regular site visits
Working to tight deadlines while upholding design integrity and brand standards
What You'll Need
Solid experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior PM within hospitality fit-outs (restaurants, bars, hotels, or leisure spaces essential)
Strong technical knowledge of joinery, bespoke finishes, M&E coordination, and construction regulations
A confident, client-facing communicator with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills
Proven ability to manage fast-track fit-out programmes across multiple sites
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide
SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), and First Aid preferred
