Our client is seeking an HR Advisor to work with our team of HR Business Partners, providing proactive employee relations case support. You’ll work with people managers to address issues across the business, spotting trends and sharing knowledge on individual cases to ensure best practice is developed and used.
You’ll proactively drive interventions with people managers to address identified people issues across the business, as well as spotting trends and making rmendations to the wider HR team. There will also be liaison with key functions such as legal and local trade union representatives regarding people issues
In this role you will be
1. Providing proactive HR advice and guidance
2. Building relationships with stakeholders, including Trade Union representatives, to offer advice on HR practices
3. Assisting managers with understanding and implementing policies for employment cases
4. Attending case meetings, taking notes, and preparing oue documentation
5. Maintaining accurate case records and suggesting improvements
6. Discussing risk management with HR and Employee Relations teams
7. Briefing the HR team on case status
8. Providing feedback from case work to support development and growth
9. Promoting diversity and inclusion in their culture.
What you'll need to succeed
10. CIPD level 3 desired
11. Previous experience in an HR or employee relations role with a good up to date understanding of employment law
12. Ability to interpret data, utilise dashboards to identify trends and maintain and monitor HR systems, all whilst ensuring the accuracy of data
