An urgent new appointment has been created due to increased demand and projects successes UK wide to appoint a Lead Document Controller. Those from an M&E background are of particular interest, HOWEVER we will also shortlist and consider those who are from a Construction background AND those who have undertook Document Control as part of an existing management role. Reporting into West Midlands based offices, you will also be required to travel to various construction sites on occasion as part of your working management activity, naturally all expenses are covered. You will efficiently undertake and co-ordinate all site administration duties on a project, providing admin support whilst managing a team of Site Document Controllers and allocating projects to Document Controllers. You will conduct training for Site Operatives / Project Teams, carry out Internal Audits on projects and liaise with main contractors and sub-contractors.
