Work towards completing all jobs within the specified time scales.
Develop fitter methodologies to enable greater flexibility across all Assembly area products.
Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and maintenance of your work area and the wider assembly area.

The role of an Assembly Fitter involves using your skills, experience, and training to produce composite assemblies using various methods such as drilling, countersinking, and wet assembly rivets with hand and machine tools. Working with an established team within the Assembly department, high attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures accurately are essential. While experience as an assembly fitter is preferred, training will be provided for successful applicants.
Time-served assembly manufacturing experience is essential, and aerospace experience is necessary.
Experience using hand and automated assembly tools is required. Experience with mixing resins is desirable but not mandatory.
