F/T Permanent Warehouse Administrator required for Moira. About the Role My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Moira. This role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations, providing administrative support, and maintaining accurate records. Duties will include: Maintain accurate records of stock levels, deliveries, and despatches Process orders, invoices, and delivery notes Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements Monitor warehouse performance metrics and prepare regular reports Support the warehouse team with scheduling and prioritisation of tasks Handle queries from customers and suppliers in a professional manner Carry out general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting Essential Criteria: Previous experience in a warehouse administration or logistics support role (preferred) Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Benefits Competitive salary of £28,000 - £29,000 per annum MondayFriday working pattern, no weekends Opportunities for training and career development Friendly and supportive working environment Hours of Work: Monday Friday, 8:30 am 5:00 pm Salary: £28,000 - £29,000 per annum For further information contact Tanya Lyttle at GenTech Recruitment on Skills: Warehouse Administrator Strong IT skills, including MS Office Support the warehouse team
