In this role, you will be the first point of contact for enquiries, offering a friendly and helpful service, while assisting with the smooth day-to-day running of our apprenticeship and employer provision. You will work closely with the team to learn all aspects of business administration and build the foundation for a successful career. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience while providing essential support to apprentices, employers, and staff.
If you can demonstrate the following then we'd love to hear from you:
* Basic understanding of administrative processes
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
* Customer service or front-facing experience
* Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines
* Ability to work as part of a team

Salary circa £23556 p.a.
Hours: full time, 37 hours per week, full year.
Fixed term contract for up to 24 months to allow for completion of Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship - Business Administrator qualification.
