Role Description
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth. The role involves market research, sales presentations, and contract negotiations. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will collaborate with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
Responsibilities
* Proactively source and develop new business opportunities
* Arrange, attend, and document customer meetings, taking a consultative approach to understand their needs
* Prepare and manage customer quotes and orders with accuracy and efficiency
* Collaborate with the project team to oversee customer build programmes
* Maintain and manage your CRM database effectively
* Achieve performance targets and objectives consistently
* Take part in monthly internal sales meetings to share updates and progress
* Represent the company at trade shows and industry-related events
