About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Administrator to join our new business team at RMG in supporting the set-up of new business sites within the Property Management sector. This is a key role, reporting to the Property Services Manager, and is vital to our ongoing success as we continue to grow.
Where will I be working?
The successful candidate will predominantly be based in our Hoddesdon office (EN11 0DR) with flexibility for home working where required.
Key Responsibilities
Review leases and associated documentation to determine system set-up requirements for new business sites.
Liaise with stakeholders to resolve queries and collate any missing information.
Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders regarding site set-up.
Ensure strict adherence to company processes, procedures, and policies.
Promote the welfare and safety of children, young people, and adults in all work activities, following Places for People's safeguarding policy and procedures.
About You
Experience in the property management sector and experience/understanding of reading leases.
Excellent attention to detail, strong time management, and organisational skills.
Confident use of Microsoft Word and Outlook, and basic proficiency in Excel.
Outstanding communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service to both internal and external customers.
Ability to make decisions independently and collaboratively.
Entry-level IRPM (Institute of Residential Property Managers) qualification is desirable but not essential.
