About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a leading provider of integrated facilities services on a fixed-term basis to cover maternity leave. This is a high-profile, site-based role supporting a key Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract, with annual revenues of approximately £16 million.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading financial operations, managing the month-end process, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and acting as a trusted business partner to both internal stakeholders and the client.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the local finance administration team and oversee all financial processes
* Manage month-end billing and produce accurate financial reports
* Analyse site performance and provide meaningful variance commentary
* Oversee payroll distribution, purchase order management, and subcontractor cost control
* Produce annual budgets, reforecasts, and ad-hoc financial reports
* Liaise with client teams and central finance to resolve debt and billing queries
* Deliver finance training to on-site teams and support system-related queries
