TS Recruitment are actively working with a Tiling contractor who are looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Manager to work on commercial projects.

Job Role & Responsibilities:
Commercially manage tiling projects with values circa £150k
Carry out site visits to conduct valuations, variations to submit to the main contractor
Subcontractor / direct staff wages and timesheet approval
Order materials for site, organise labour and visit site
A mixed role including office and site work
Client interaction including attending prestart meetings and site meetings

Specialist tiling contractor
Work for renowned Tier 2 main contractors
Work on commercial projects such as warehouses, manufacturing facilities, schools and healthcare facilities
Knowledge/Experience:
A strong technical knowledge on tiling
QS degree preferred but not essential
5 years minimum experience
Good IT skills and able to complete reports
Full UK driving license
