Overview
A leading media and creative agency group is seeking a forward-thinking Commercial Director to lead commercial strategy, drive new business growth, and build a high-performing revenue engine across agency services and strategic partnerships.
This is a unique opportunity to join a values-led, socially-native business with a commercial model that combines influencer marketing, content creation, and partnerships at scale. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in both strategic planning and high-level stakeholder engagement.
The Role
You will lead and grow the sales and marketing functions, identify new revenue opportunities, and enhance commercial performance across social/influencer agency services and strategic brand partnerships.
This senior, hands-on role requires deep expertise in social media—not only platform knowledge but also strategic understanding of social’s role in broader brand and marketing objectives. Experience in scaling teams, developing product-market fit, and creating winning pitches is essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end commercial strategy for agency and partnership streams
* Support product development and go-to-market strategies

* Partner with marketing on go-to-market strategies and campaigns
* Identify and evolve revenue streams in social/influencer services and brand partnerships

* Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content formats, influencer marketing, and trends
