Based in the heart of Leamington Spa, Pixel Toys have spent almost a decade pushing the capabilities of mobile gaming. We have developed multiple award-winning titles, including: Warhammer 40,000: Freeblade, Warhammer Age of Sigmar: Realm War; and we’re now excited to be exclusively working on a new game, unlike ANYTHING we’ve done previously!

The Role:
We are now seeking a highly motivated and versatile Product Owner to become the ‘go-to’ subject matter expert in relation to the project’s Meta features. In this role you will be a key member of a feature pod; working with a multi-discipline team to deliver the feature-set for sprints and milestones.
Taking ownership of the product backlog and product roadmap, you will work with internal and external stakeholders to develop goals before communicating to them clearly to the team through sprint-sized deliverables.
You will define requirements around our feature-set for a high-profile, high-end cross-platform game, helping to shape and define what success of the product looks like. You will then get the opportunity to present our exciting work to customers during sprint reviews.
About you:
Possessing excellent organisation and process management skills, you will have the ability to communicate clearly, as well as influence and build team cohesion and morale; scheduling and hosting regular syncs and roadmap reviews, with confidence in presenting to both the immediate and wider team.
You will be experienced and passionate about successful delivering and implementing features to digital products.
On top of this, you will also have experience of working in an Agile environment, with the ability to demonstrate excellence in defining product requirements though Sprint Goals, User Stories/Epics and Acceptance Criteria.
