Were partnering with a critically acclaimed bistro known for its vibrant atmosphere, high:quality food, and loyal following. This is a rare opportunity for a Head Chef to take full creative control of a menu that changes weekly, backed by an Executive Chef for support.
The Bistro
: Michelin Guide:listed, well:known site
: 50 covers + bar seats and open kitchen countertop service
: Closed Sundays + structured service (2:3 turns daily)
: Autonomy over menus + seasonal British produce focus
The Ideal Head Chef
: Proven experience leading teams in high:quality bistro/restaurant kitchens
: Passion for French techniques and seasonal British ingredients
: Strong leadership : fosters collaboration and excellence
: Longevity in previous roles (min. 2+ years tenure preferred)
