A leading professional services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Data Analyst to join its growing HR function based in Manchester.
This is an excellent opportunity for a data-focused HR professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality people insights that inform strategic decision-making across the business. Working as part of a collaborative HR team, the role will focus on HR reporting, analytics, data governance, and continuous improvement of people data capability.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver accurate and insightful HR data reporting and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
* Analyse workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Act as a trusted expert in HR data, supporting stakeholders with interpretation and insight.
* Ensure strong data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance across HR systems.
* Support the development and enhancement of HR analytics frameworks and reporting tools.
About You
* Proven experience in an HR data, people analytics, or HR reporting role.
* Experience using Power BI and Workday would be advantageous but not essential.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights.
* Experience working with HR systems and managing sensitive data.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
