As a Workday Solution Architect – Financials, you’ll lead full lifecycle Workday deployments as part of a high-performing, collaborative team known for delivering complex, multi-stream programmes that go beyond the standard.
What You'll Do:
* Architect enterprise-grade Workday Financials solutions from the ground up — including foundational data models and integrations.
* Work across functional, integration, and data workstreams to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment.
* Partner with senior client stakeholders, from CFOs to transformation leads, acting as a strategic advisor and architect.
* Facilitate discovery workshops, challenge requirements, and shape solutions that connect tech to value.
* Drive technical strategy, resourcing, and delivery in sync with project managers and engagement leaders.
* Coach and mentor rising talent, contributing to a knowledge-sharing culture.
* Collaborate across HR and Finance transformation teams to design joined-up, end-to-end solutions.

You’ll Thrive Here If You Have:
* Experience leading or delivering Workday Financials implementations (or strong user-side knowledge).
* A background in ERP or finance transformation, ideally with architectural leadership responsibilities.
* A strategic mindset — you see the bigger picture, align tech with business goals, and design accordingly.
* Confidence engaging at senior levels — from explaining architectural trade-offs to guiding client decisions.
* Solid understanding of data modelling, systems integration, and cross-functional delivery.
* Leadership skills to manage teams, including offshore, and drive high-quality outcomes.
Bonus Points For:
* Workday Financials certifications or other ERP accreditations (e.g. Oracle, SAP)
* Deep knowledge of finance processes and performance metrics
* Experience working in or with regulated industries (e.g. insurance, financial services)
