Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and answer questions about parts availability, pricing, and compatibility
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts are properly stocked and organized
- Use computer systems and software to look up parts information and process orders
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving any issues or concerns related to parts orders
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations of the parts department
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Parts Advisor in an agriculture/construction parts department is preferred
* Understanding of agriculture and construction products preferred
-Mechanical knowledge would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues
- Proficiency in using computer systems to manage inventory and process orders
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Organizational skills to maintain accurate records and keep the parts department well-maintained
