Were looking for a Sales & Procurement Administrator to join our growing team in Witney on a term-time only basis. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring processes run smoothly. Manage customer enquiries by phone and email, delivering excellent service. Process orders, maintain CRM records, and prepare sales reports. Oversee procurement tasks: sourcing products, raising POs, liaising with suppliers, and tracking deliveries. Build strong working relationships with both customers and vendors. Collaborate with colleagues across sales, technical, and finance to ensure seamless operations. Key Requirements: Previous experience in administration with exposure to sales and/or procurement. Background in an MSP, IT reseller, or technology company (highly desirable). Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, confident dealing with both customers and suppliers.
