SEO Director
* Up to £100K-£110K
* 3x per week in central London
We're partnering with a high-growth business to find an SEO Director ready to own and scale organic performance with real influence over product, customer experience, and commercial strategy.
The opportunity
* Define and lead a long-term SEO strategy tied directly to business growth objectives
* Drive organic traffic and conversions through technical excellence and content-led optimisation
* Manage and develop an in-house SEO Specialist
* Partner closely with content, design, development and marketing teams
* Report performance insights and strategic direction to the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
* Oversee keyword research, competitive analysis, performance audits, link-building and site migrations
* Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to sharpen efficiency and impact
* Own SEO budget and ensure smart resource allocation
What we're looking for
* Strong strategic and analytical mindset data-driven but hands-on
* Deep expertise across technical, on-page and off-page SEO
* Proficiency in tools such as SEMrush; familiarity with HTML/CSS and CMS platforms
* Outstanding communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Comfortable leading in a fast-moving, ambitious environment
* Degree in marketing or related discipline preferred
