My client is looking for a PMO with global programme experience for a fixed term contract, to provide PMO governance, reporting, and controls for a major global client-facing transformation programme. The role works with the Global Programme Director and international PMO/project teams to ensure consistent governance, high-quality reporting, and effective delivery across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
* Establish and maintain project/workstream governance and structure
* Ensure alignment with programme-level governance standards
* Track and report global programme metrics and financials
* Manage RAID logs and proactively drive updates
* Produce meeting packs, executive summaries, and minutes
* Coordinate workstream updates and ensure consistency of content
* Support business case updates, executive presentations, and other deliverables
* Maintain controlled project artefact library
* Ensure methodology compliance and track deliverable completion
* Work effectively across multiple time zones and stakeholders
* Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes
