Hours: All evenings off
Midweek & Sunday: 9am-4pm
Friday & Saturday: 9am-6pm
5 days per week

Role Summary
As Manager, your role is to lead all daily operations, ensuring excellent service, smooth running of the venue, and a positive atmosphere for guests and staff.
This is a visible, hands-on role where you lead from the front, motivate the team, and maintain high standards throughout service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all front-of-house operations
Maintain consistently high service and guest experience standards
Recruit, train, and support team members
Create staff rotas aligned with business needs
Oversee stock control and ordering
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety requirements
Handle guest feedback professionally
Work closely with the kitchen and operational leadership
About You
Proven experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles
Confident leading teams in a fast-paced, food-led environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good understanding of labour control, stock management, and financial reporting
Calm, solutions-focused, and positive under pressure
Flexible and adaptable
Eligible to work in the UK
