The Role Leadership and Vision: Provide strategic leadership for the Girls' PE program, aligning with the school's overall vision and educational goals. Curriculum Development: Develop and implement a dynamic and engaging PE curriculum tailored to the needs of girls. Team Management: Oversee the work of PE teachers within the Girls' program, offering guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Student Well-being: Promote the importance of physical and mental well-being amongst girls, encouraging healthy lifestyle choices. Extracurricular Activities: Oversee and develop a range of extracurricular sports clubs and activities for girls, catering to diverse interests and abilities. The Ideal Candidate A highly qualified PE teacher with a proven track record of success in leading and developing PE programs, particularly for girls. Passionate about inspiring and empowering young women through physical activity. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and empower staff.
