Manager to join our pre-opening team and support our Housekeeping leadership in keeping

A Day in Your Neighbourhood
* Support excellence:
Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring
guest rooms, corridors, and public areas meet the highest standards of
cleanliness and presentation.
* Motivate the team:
Assist with training, coaching, and supervising housekeeping team members to
ensure consistency, care, and efficiency on every shift.
* Manage the tools:
Monitor inventory, assist with stock control, and make sure equipment is well
maintained and used safely.
* Handle the details:
Help respond to guest feedback, manage special room requests, and step in
during peak times to keep everything running smoothly.
* Support planning:
Assist with rotas, deep cleaning schedules, audits, and compliance checks; ensuring
health & safety and brand standards are always met.
* Champion sustainability:
Help promote green practices, reduce waste, and support our environmental
initiatives.

Here’s what helps you thrive in this Assistant Housekeeping Manager role:
* Previous
housekeeping experience in a hotel setting
* Experience
supervising a team
* Strong
attention to detail and time management skills
* Ability
to lead by example and motivate others
* Great
communication and a proactive, can-do attitude
* Understanding
of health & safety standards and cleanliness protocols
* Familiarity
with hotel housekeeping systems (Opera PMS or similar)
* Pre-opening experience is a plus!
