This Engineering Supervisor vacancy is working with a leading manufacturing company based near the area of Rainham. Development and Training for the right candidate with a good mix of overtime which is paid at 1.5x and 2x

Main Duties & Responsibilities of Engineering Supervisor include;
1. Providing plant-wide maintenance service, departmental support and repairs ensuring that all production targets are maintained - maintaining factory manufacturing machinery
2. Monitor & supply engineering support of machine set-up & changeovers to ensure that the product conforms to any quality assurance standards and ensuring changeovers are as efficient as possible.
3. Keeping and implementing plant wide PPM structures ensuring H&S, quality assurance as well as liaising with Engineering Stores
