The Role: Please note that this is an hourly paid position, and weekly hours may vary.
We are currently recruiting a qualified, experienced, and enthusiastic teacher to join our Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team on a Hourly Paid basis. Our department delivers a range of courses that support learners with SEND to develop skills including independent living skills, communication, personal development, employability, and enterprise. A commitment to working with young people/adults with additional support needs underpins all aspects of our work.
You will be required to deliver the curriculum effectively through a variety of different learning strategies, communicating effectively with students as appropriate and providing them with appropriate tutorial support.
You should be an honours graduate or have a relevant final professional qualification (or equivalent experience). You should also have a teaching qualification and recent experience of teaching or training within the specialism of SEND. Equality of opportunity
