HR Advisor – Bradgate Education Partnership
Fixed Term contract until 23rd August 2026. 30 hours per week over 4 days, year‑round. Grade 9, £26,002 to £27,858. Start date: As soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing advice and support to senior colleagues on cases and policies.
* Handling employee relations matters and providing guidance.
* Contributing to the creation and development of policies, procedures and toolkits.
* Supporting the senior advisory team in training leaders and managers.
Qualifications
* Level 3 CIPD qualification, or equivalent degree‑level qualification, or equivalent experience.
* Previous experience within HR/people/operations services.
* Highly organised, flexible and able to respond to organisational needs.
* Excellent written and verbal communication, able to tailor style to audience.
