Summary of the role As a Partner Relations Associate, youll focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with partner firms, managing the full process from onboarding to long-term engagement. Youll collaborate across departments on projects and partner requests, while delivering demos and training on our in-house technology to potential and existing partners. Developing financial literacy, product knowledge, and interpersonal skills will be central to your growth in this role. The successful candidate will have: Outstanding interpersonal skills Strong intellect with a high level of commercial and financial acumen or curiosity The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial organisation Excellent communication, both written and verbal An appreciation of sales and focus on driving the business Strong time and task management skills including prioritisation Good IT literacy Responsibilities Partner Engagement Develop trusted relationships with partners, becoming an expert resource Drive partner involvement and investment with PortfolioMetrix Proactively cultivate relations and be prepared to engage socially where beneficial Accountability for scheduled engagements such as our flagship Adviser Connect event, meetings, including preparation of some materials and discussion points Work closely with the other members of the global investment, operations, sales, software development and support teams to resolve partners concerns Provide expert initial and ongoing training on our custom-built software, WealthExplorer and PMX Edge to our valued partners Proactively engage in strategic discussions with partners to highlight areas where PortfolioMetrix can assist them New Partners Involvement with prospective firms and the sales process, from early meetings to onboarding and implementation Deliver sales-oriented demonstrations of WealthExplorer and PMX Edge to prospective firms Internal Responsibilities Manage and leverage internal resources to meet your deliverables Develop and maintain expertise, skill and technical knowledge required to add valuable input across the PortfolioMetrix business and investment proposition Deliver presentations as required Document meetings and maintain records thereof Monitor new client cases and transactions to the point of investment and rebalance Attend relevant industry events and webinars, sharing knowledge and notes with the wider team afterwards Develop manage and maintain relationships with relevant third parties
