About The Role
We're looking for a proactive and reliable Supervisor to lead our on-street operations team in Lambeth. As a key figure in our service delivery, you'll ensure things run smoothly on the ground, support your team to perform at their best, and help drive operational improvements that make a lasting impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and motivating your team on the ground
* Setting goals, tracking performance, and providing real-time feedback
* Delivering coaching, training, and support to build a high-performing team
* Ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met
* Identifying and implementing opportunities for improvement
* Acting as the link between on-street operations and senior management
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a hands-on supervisory or team leader role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* A full, clean UK driving licence
* Confidence managing people and improving performance
* Good commercial awareness and client-facing experience
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
