Overview
VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST
40 hours based at Chichester
Receptionists are the face of our business, delivering exemplary client care to our customers and their pets. As front of house and back office support, you will work with the clinical team to provide compassionate, patient and professional service. Our reception team is valued as essential collaborators who help our practice run smoothly and deliver personal, high‑quality care.
About you
* You'll be an experienced receptionist, ideally from a veterinary or clinical background, though not essential, with a high level of confidence and passion to work with customers and their beloved pets.
* You will deliver exemplary client care to our customers and their pets in a face‑to‑face and back‑office capacity.
* A valid driving licence is required due to the lack of transport links in the area.
* Our receptionists must have sufficient computer skills and share our values: humility, respect, empathy, work ethic, honesty, communication, and teamwork.
Rota
Roles available for 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday 9am–6pm. Every receptionist is required to join the weekend and bank holiday rota. This position consists of a mixture of working on the front desk and in a back office environment.
Salary and benefits
Starting on £12.40 per hour.
